Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from receipt of the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or style, the quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to let us know and order the correct product immediately. Only then will we process the return and cancel the incorrect order.

14-Day Returns Period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

The refund does not include the return shipping costs we collected at the time of ordering, so the refund amount will be 80% of the order value.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
